Sport

At HCC, students are given the opportunity to participate in a range of physical activities in a safe and encouraging environment. Emphasis is placed on “effort”, not “result”, so that students feel empowered to be proud of their achievement and reach their own God-given potential in this area.

Through the variety of physical activities provided, students will develop greater proficiency across the range of fundamental movement skills as they progress in their schooling. In addition, students will also develop personal and social skills such as leadership, cooperation, decision making, problem-solving and persistence during movement activities and intra/inter-schooling competitions.
